When a customer uses the "Forgot Password" link they receive an email with a link. This is the link I received, http://www.floridaboyscaladiums.com/clientlogin.asp?rst=Kevin@Robson.net&rsk=6d5a0bfb83ef6106760e0b8645018343
Browsing this URL takes me to the home page, not a password reset page. What is the proper URL and where do I change it? Thank you, Kevin@Robson.net
It doesn't need changing, it's the correct URL, but (guessing a bit, because I don't have a window into this) it's being rewritten back to index.asp by some rewrite rules that you have in place.

Hi Kevin Can you request another password reset, and then when the email arrives try it and assuming it still doesn't work send that email to me at vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com along with the site FTP login, and I'll have a look into this.
Hi Kevin I think I see what the problem is. I got the email with the password reset link and it looks ok. But then when I click on the link or enter it in the browser address bar, the email and password are duplicated. That is I get something like... clientlogin.asp?rst=you@email.net&rsk=12345abcde&you@email.net&rsk=12345abcde
Because the parameters are now "doubled up" the os passes them to the cart as for instance...
...and this is why they are failing. I think that somehow your URL rewriting is still going wrong slightly in that you are causing the URL Query String to be repeated.
