Amazon Pay - Authorized on ECT actually Declined!

I just found that orders showing at "Authorized" via Amazon Pay on the ECT order view can actually be declined in reality. Order looks normal in ECT: Order is actually declined in Amazon Pay: Of course, I shipped the order, and now much try to get the money from the customer. This is really terrible. Logging onto Amazon Pay every time you get an order is not reasonable. There must be a callback that is not being properly relayed to the Admin side of ECT. https://www.OrientalOutpost.com
Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 01/27/2020 : 02:59:22 Hi OrientalOutpost As you have an Authorization Code it looks like Amazon authorized the order and then subsequently changed it to a decline. I'll have a look into this as soon as I can but I think for now you are going to have to check the amazon control panel before shipping.
