 Froala Image Error in Content Regions

Hi,

One Froala editor gives me this error message when I try to upload an image to a content region, "Something went wrong. Please Try again."

All other carts are working perfectly. This client with the issue is the only one using the content regions. After the update in November my server added mySqli extension and all editors worked including the site with content regions.

My server support looked everything over yesterday and didn't see any issues. I just updated to v7.0.8 and it didn't resolve my issue either.

Any suggestions are welcome!

When I had this problem, I just had to make sure the name of file I was uploading didn't match a file that was already in that directory.

Hi again,

I reinstalled Froala which is the third time since the end of November, but whose counting. The images are uploading now. I'm not sure what happened in between, but happy it is working now. The client will test later today.

Client was also successful uploading images in the content regions as well. If this happens again I will reinstall the editor.

I hope this helps someone else.

Just in case it helps anyone, I had this issue after first installing the Freola editor. I got an error_log file in vsadmin/froala and this told me "The Froala Editor SDK library requires the imagick extension"

Going into my hosting cPanel and enabling that extension solved the problem.
