problems running updatestore

This time running updatestore did not work, so downloaded for a second time, still only getting a blank page. With the changes I made you should be able to and may want to try going back to 7.something as that is the future now and hosts are forcing customers now to minimum v7.0 (but the latest PHP releases also work with the cart.) I am at this moment fixing some stuff in the menu and will make another test to see if all is working.
