Our customers are not receiving a confirmation email after purchase. We are receiving order emails so we know that email is working. Thoughts?

Hi Judy, is this "all" customers?
If not, then it's likely just a matter of the email going to spam/junk.

Maybe you can try a test order at your site, using a personal email address, to see if you get the email.
