Hi, we currently own a EC template store but wanted to find out if you offer just website templates without the shopping cart piece? we are changing things up and just need a website template but don't really need the shopping cart piece at this time.

Hi Vince that's great! I have a couple other questions..

- Are there periodic updates that a person needs to do for these templates? kind of like the Updaters for the ones with shopping carts?

- Are the WordPress templates Responsive?

- Are the WordPRess template designs and layouts that you have, exactly what they will look like if I installed them on my hosting site? meaning, do they come exactly the way the demos look with the content, pictures side bars etc? then all I would need to do is swap out the images and content etc?

- I am kind of interested in one of the Responsive Designs https://www.thetemplatestore.com/responsive/rpeco/ . Would I be able to use CoffeeCup Editor to update and make changes with this design?

Yes, you would be able to use the CoffeeCup editor for the responsive design templates and no, there are not periodic updates. Once you have altered the design to suit your needs it would not then be possible to update.
