Adding %pname% to subject of drop shipper email

Aldebaran Ecommerce Template Expert USA 652 Posts	Posted - 02/09/2020 : 11:05:30 Hi, We would like drop shippers to be able to read the subject of the email they receive and be able to tell what was purchased without opening the email (just to help sort emails in their inbox). When we added %pname% to the subject of the drop shipper email in the admin email messages section, it simply displays it literally, it's not using it as a variable. We also tried with the other variables, and no luck. How do we fix this? We're running v7.0.7 Thanks! Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 02/10/2020 : 00:05:25 Hi Jill That is just because the product name isn't one of the replacement fields for the drop shipper email I'm afraid. I can see the idea if there was only one product but this could quickly become messy with multiple products possibly with options. So above the subject on the drop shipper email you just have %orderid% but above the actual message you have... %messagebody% %ordername% %orderdate% ...so those can be used in the message body.
