Field 'products.pCustomCSS' cannot be a zero-length string.
after turning on stock management

Hi Elvinm
Sorry about the problem here but I see what is causing it. I've made some changes in the updatestore.php script which should sort this out so can you just get a new copy of the updater and run the updatestore.php script again and that should sort this error out.
