On Cart.asp the checkout button is at the bottom right. I’d also like to put it at the top right. Is this possible?

I don't think that's possible although it is possible to have the button above the fold to add buy button to the top of the product detail page using this in includes.asp proddetailtopbuybutton=TRUE;

I can't see the point of the buy button at the top of the cart as people will be completing details and thus working to the bottom of the page.
