How do I set it up in the sidebar instead?

Have you maybe placed the include in the main page DIV rather than in the side bar?

I also received the WordPress widget when I purchased this - I've tried to add that and it looks like it works when I drag it to the sidebar position, however nothing shows up - no error message, just nothing at all.

I'm sorry but I wasn't thinking much last night and of course you don't want to add the filter directly to the page, the way to add this is via the wordpress widgets system. If you don't get the widget to display on the products page can you let me know the site FTP login details.

All product detail pages look like this now:

There has been a critical error on your website.

This is a real disaster - this is a VERY busy store and now all of the product detail pages are showing nothing but a critical error.

Can anyone help??

I was desperate - I went in and removed line 1523 -- since that is what the error said was the problem.

It is working now, but I need to know what happened

I've had Vince and Mike Bebe working on it today -- please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know what likely caused this. Also - please don't make any further changes until we figure out exactly what happened.

Sorry to hear you had problems with this but I didn't actually get to work on your store. By the time I realised you were having problems it had been sorted out, probably by Mike. So if Mike has things in hand I'll leave it to him until I hear anything more from you.
