Hi
My client has suddenly stopped receiving 'order at your store' emails. I've tried re-sending them manually with no luck, and at this point I don't know if the customers are also missing their confirmation emails.
He is using PHP Mailer and everything worked fine up until today. As far as I am aware nothing has changed - where should I start to look for a solution to this? He is using v.6.8.2. I know you'll say I should upgrade, but it was all working previously.
Thanks
Eric Lewis

I would test the email a friend, or ask a question feature first, assuming you are using one of those.
See if that goes through.
If not, it seems likely something has changed. If you haven't changed anything, maybe the host did, so check with them.

Check this page as well and let us know how you get along - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-help.asp

Hi David
The 'email a friend feature' doesn't work either. I wasn't using that before so I don't know if that has changed at all.
The hosting company (not Godaddy) are not admitting to any changes/problems that might have changed anything. But I'm thinking that something must have changed on the server, so maybe a re-install or update is my only real option.
Thanks
Eric

OK, I've updated the store and reset all the PHP Mailer settings in the control panel (they were in includes.php previously) and all now seems to be working.
Thanks
Eric
