Security missing from db utility

Could you let me know what you mean by "not included" as it's the adminsearchcriteria.php page that is necessary for the product attributes. There is no way to assign the product attributes to a secondary login. I have secondary login with access to products and categories but they can’t access the product attributes... which I would have expected they would be able to do, however it comes up with operation failed! John
