Hi I have just had a potential customer click the ask the question button on my store but no email address came through. I have therefore logged onto my store myself and tested this and the email information does not come to me in the email.

I receive this,

Ask A Question: Helen

I would like to receive more information about the following product:
Watercolour Painting
Would we need to print out the picture you email to us?


1. How do I fix this?

2. How do I find out the email address of the potential customer who would have more than likely filled in this information?

Hi Claire,
Just clicking reply on the email should populate the 'To' field with the clients email.
Can you try that please?
