I have a supplier that has a "Wholesale Cost" of the item, a "Suggested Retail Price" of the item, and in some cases a "Minimum Advertised Price" in their feed.

I've always put the wholesale cost cart's "wholesale price" field (makes it really easy to calculate profit). I can put the "suggested retail price" in the "price" field (and then offer coupons, discounts, etc.). But does anyone have a suggestion on where I can house the Minimum Advertised Price, a price I cannot go below on my site or I violate the terms of the supplier agreement?

You could use one of the three Custom Fields for that.
