I have PayPal Payments Standard and PayPal Payments Express set up on one of my sites. I have added an email address specific to the store's domain to my PayPal account. Most of the orders come through with an "order at your store" email and a PayPal payment notice to the email address on the store's domain.
However, there seems to be an order or two a week where I get the "order at your store" email to the store's email address, but the payment notification comes to my personal email address (the main one on the PayPal account).
Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?
Hi Bill, I am thinking that if the emails are coming from Paypal, then they (Paypal) are getting the email address from your paypal account. I don't think the stores email address is passed from the store to Paypal during a customers transaction. I suggest you explore your Paypal account for any setting there.
