I'm loving the "abandoned cart" email feature and am seeing more conversions now that I added a coupon code to the email message.

What is the best practice to entice or invite your customers back to review the products they ordered?

Looking for suggestions.

Hi Bill

Mike Beebe @ DLSS has a review reminder email mod. http://www.dlss.ca/proddetail.asp?prod=ReviewReminder

We have this on one of our sites, works a treat, easy to install.

Thanks, Steve. I'm very familiar with Mike's mods and add ins. Just wanted to make sure this feature hadn't been added to the cart already.

Hi Bill, It is possible to send a review email from ect. You can include links to products too.

https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-messages.asp#orderstatus

What we do is wait until (close to) 30 days after the order ships and send that last email (status change to completed). This email has the review links.
This has worked pretty well and you can change status in bulk on a list of orders by holding the crtl key while changing one, and the rest of the orders will change.

Thanks,
David
