I'm de-commissioning my existing cPanel server for a new Nginx server with Gridpane. Gridpane runs on the docker platform using Nginx instead of Apache. Is there something I need to do to enable the account to run on the new platform. I have the site migrated over to the staging platform, but none of the cart pages are currently working.

If this is an .asp cart, you need to be on a windows server running IIS with classic .asp enabled.

Do you indeed have an .asp cart?
