Thanks Vince. It's crazy times here in the US. Typically my wife and I don't venture out too far on the 4th anyway, but this year, we are absolutely staying home. Usually we just enjoy a nice bar b que at home.
Thanks Vince. These days, I cheat - Some time back, I purchased a Traeger wood pellet smoker. It has an app and tells me when meats up to temp and regulates itself really well. Makes anyone a pro.

I think I must be cheating even more as I've gone gas. But I got a cut I hadn't tried before and the butcher here was explaining how to cook it. Basically he said, put in on the gas and get a beer. When you've finished one beer that will be for those who like it rare. By the time you've finished a second that will be medium and have a third for those who like it well done.
