a few years back a wordpress site was built and I was asked to put the ect element onto it

now the wordpress site was using pro as the them and the wordpress developer ran with the site and I heard nothing more till today

No it looks like the site is incomplete

any attempt to view the ect pages such as:
http://www.home-parcel-box.co.uk/cart.php
is met with incfunctions.php file is missing

Any suggestions?

(the file is at vsadmin/inc/infunctions.php and is present)

More than likely the PHP include lines are missing from header.php
