Client wants to add Venmo Payment Option

Can someone give me some guidance on setting up that payment option? My client has a PayPal business account now. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Ray Cramblit

viperbat Advanced Member 328 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 10/25/2021 : 08:12:46 We have the braintree option enabled like above but still don't see a venmo option. We talked to paypal integration and they said the braintree option you guys are using isn't up to date with venmo and therefore why it's not working. Can we please get verification on how to get venmo to show up?
Presales Starting Member 6 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 11/08/2021 : 18:48:53 BrainTree as of 2021 has been litterally eaten up by PayPal. There's no more BrainTree. You cant apply for a new BrainTree account as you would get PayPal instead. Any merchant's that still have a BrainTree account will see that PayPal has basically destroyed another great company. BrainTree has been infected by the PayPal Axxxles. You cant even get anyone from BrainTree anymore. Merchants just beware that the toll free numbers that got you to say the chargeback department and such are now the PayPal risk department. They will act as if your in that department but your in Risk, were you'll experience of what PayPal has been truly and what they get sued for left and right. Just a fair warning.

I have to say that I'm sure there are things PayPal could do better, but I would recommend all stores to have PayPal as a payment option.
