I transfer site to a new hosting.
In new hosting appear error on over all site page:

Deprecated: mysql_connect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in /home/tiensco/public_html/tiensisrael.com/vsadmin/db_conn_open.php on line 14

How to resolve this problem?

I expect the new host is on PHP7+ and the old host was on a depreciated version of PHP.

You may need to also update your cart depending on what version you are on.
