iPad can't pay by credit card

Fingertech Advanced Member Canada 318 Posts	Posted - 09/01/2020 : 10:08:28 A customer just sent me a video of him trying to click the field to enter his 3-digit cc security code, but it was as if the field was unclickable. He clicked on it, all around it, zoomed in to try; nothing worked. I'm worried how many other customers have left because they couldn't check out. Any ideas? Do you have more details? For instance were they using Safari and what version of iPad? I doubt this problem skips an iPad generation or two so it's possible something else is going on. Have you tried yourself on other Apple devices?
