Hosting Issues

All of the sudden, over the past couple of days, we've had issues with our database. I contacted them to inquire about it to see if they could help and they're telling me I need to contact my DBA to make sure connections are being properly closed and to ensure that I don't have any slow moving queries. Huh!? I guess I need to find a hosting company that has a reliable database that I can have for my ECT site. I'm not a server administrator and I don't know the first thing about why a database would be messing up. Any suggestions? Totally frustrated, Kelley Did I mention I pay $247.95 per month? Have you tried contacting servelink.com ? They deal a lot with ECT stores, have a great reputation and I do believe will even move your DB over for you.
