Moving to a current Windows server solved the error. Thank you!
Now we're having an issue getting the correct shipping value from UPS. Thinking this is a UPS issue we contacted their support. Their reply is copied below. Much of what they're asking for I don't know. Would it help to send you login credentials for https://strikingeffects.com/vsadmin ?
UPS Response: Thank you for contacting us. I would be happy to assist you today. To better assist you, please reply to this email with the following information:
1. URL address you are posting the request file to:
2. Your complete XML, Web Service, JSON, or RESTful request and response files. Be sure to include the security header.
“Please do not remove the user ID/password and Access Key from the request file.” Removing this information make the request file unusable for testing. We highly suggest changing the password for the profile after a resolution has been given.
You will need to debug your application to obtain the XML/Soap Envelope request and response files. Regrettably, due to the many possible programming languages and environments, we do not support client code directly and are unable to provide you with instructions on how to complete this process for your programming environment.
Note: Please place the request and reply into a single ZIP file and add this ZIP file as an attachment to your reply. Simply copying the code into an email makes it unusable for troubleshooting.
Once we receive this information, we will be able to address your issue in the most efficient manner.
