We need to apply free shipping automaticaly by postal code (zip)
i cannot find a way to do this, only by country.
So temporarily we have set up 2 countries, one local and one UK.
Even if we could Edit the word country in the checkout, cant find where.

Hi Dave,

You can't do it by post code but you can do it by County.

So what you need to do first is go to your shipping admin > postal zones and split your states into separate zones.

Once that's done you can set individual rates/rules per County. Let me know if that helps and if you're still struggling post back
