Shopping cart empty

RRWT Starting Member 5 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 11/10/2020 : 08:01:04 Our charity shop, see www.rrwt.org, has an irritating intermitant fault where items are selected but when the buyer goes to checkout the cart is empty Anyone any ideas?
Vince Administrator 42768 Posts	Posted - 11/10/2020 : 10:15:48 Hi RRWT I've had a hunt round on your server and I see what the problem was. You had both the site URL's set to HTTPS but allowed HTTP on the store. To the server these are different URL's so items added to the cart on HTTP were not visible on HTTPS. I've added a rule to the .htaccess file to force HTTPS and www. and that should sort this out. There were a couple of strange rules in the .htaccess file so it may be worth having a look to make sure you really want what is in there.
