I am using their plugin for Shipstaion (php) and started getting errors yesterday pertaining to their plugin. I sent them a message yesterday but have not heard back yet. Shipstation still working well for other channels, but not our website. Thanks, Brad

Error: The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value. Fix: I had a product options box set to max length. Set it to below 100 characters. Dean suggested moving the text in the order to another private status field, then reconnect Shipstation.
