Hi,

I've just been testing with the newly integrated Shipstation plugin.

I notice that if the order has included gift wrap and a message, neither of these show in Shipstation.
To be fair, this never used to work with the old ecws plugin either but just wondering if there is any way of getting this to function?

Hi Steve
To tell the truth I'm not really sure why this would be imported into shipstation. You still have all the order details in the ECT admin page which would have information such as that, no? Could you give me more details maybe?

On second thoughts I think you’re probably right.

I was getting overly excited by the ‘This is a gift’ checkbox in Shipstation but all the info we need is probably on the packing slip!
