Hi,

Just wondering if there is a reason why Froala doesn't show up in the comments section of the ratings and review admin?

When replying to comments I'm currently manually adding html for things like links/bold etc

Perhaps there's a technical reason why this is or am I missing something?

While I cannot answer the question as to why it's not there, I will say that if you ever want to "feed" your reviews to Google, they will reject them when they have html in them.

Thanks for the info David. I didn’t realise that so I might avoid any extra html in future.
Perhaps if that’s the case it may actually be better not to have Froala available there.
