After recovering an abandoned cart the date of when it was abandoned is retained rather than being updated to the date an time it was successfully ordered.

This puts the whole timeline out of orders out of sequence and makes the actual order information inaccurate when dealing with the customer later on.

I believe I've found the reason for this and I've added a fix to the inccart.php script in the updater, (all versions from v7.1 to v7.3)
