For those with customized stores, ECT updates that include new CSS and changes to files that impact mods can take time to troubleshoot and deploy.
Many of our Admin pages are accessed by non-technical staff, and it would be helpful if we could configure the Cart to show only one upgrade warning on the main Admin page instead of the current three (!) warnings, and to suppress the warnings completely on pages like Adminorders that are accessed by non-technical staff who frequently print those pages and ask the reason for the warnings and how to suppress them.
For admins who have experienced downtime because of a breach, duplicate warnings seem like overkill.
I'd be interested to hear others' opinions on this.
Sounds like a terrible idea to me, but you could easily hide it with CSS if you really wanted to.

It looks like disabling the update checker doesn't clear existing warnings on the Admin pages.
However, since others seem OK with the multiple warnings, and it's understood that the warnings provide critical value for most admins, let's scrap this request.
