I received the following email from PayPal. Any idea what they're talking about or how we can satisfy them?

"Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://chsffa.fwffb.net/vsadmin/ppconfirm.asp

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue."

Hi Kevin
I just checked the script and it seems to be able to communicate with PayPal ok. Are your orders coming in unconfirmed? That would happen if the IPN script were not working. It is also always possible that there was a temporary glitch on the server and it is corrected now.

The order are not marked "unconfirmed". They're marked "Undefined".
