Hello
I am trying to get the 20% VAT to appear on the shopping cart, I have completed relevant VAT & Non VAT countries and completed postal zones however this does not place VAT on Shopping Cart our prices is ex VAT at the moment, please help.

I tried to help him place the question himself.
He logged in OK but was unable to place the question which required a further support.

Hi John,
You may have to add one of the following parameters to your vsadmin/includes.php file

Show tax inclusive prices

To show tax exclusive price followed by the inclusive price on the products page use
$showtaxinclusive=1;

From version 5.4 to only show tax inclusive price, set

$showtaxinclusive=2;

From version 6.3 if the tax is already assumed to be included in the product price, set

$showtaxinclusive=3;

In vsadmin I have looked through for $showtaxinclusive but it seems this is not included in the file.

To make sure I had a look through the file from my original download, but cannot see the field.

I meant of course vsadmin/includes.php

So have you added one of those parameters and tested ?

No Phil I have not inserted anything yet

I am not sure if there is a position within the file or what form to use for

$showtaxinclusive=3;

or something like $Globals['showtaxinclusive']=3;

Just insert the line $showtaxinclusive=3; or one of the other parameters in to the includes file, that is all that's needed.

I inserted the code, hope that's correct, but VAT is not appearing on the page
