The link to the digital download is not clickable in my customer receipt and order emails. How and where do I fix that please?

Is there a way to change from the 24 hour time format? I have applied the date change, that's ok.

Hi LadyM
Links in emails are normally automatically clickable as long as they are valid links. What is the link that is being put in the email?

For the date format I imagine that is the order date, no? You can change that using the parameter...
$fordertimeformatstr
There are details here...

...but you have to search down the page a bit from where that link will take you.

That's what I thought but it's not. It's the digital download link. The link is correct but I have to copy and paste. I thought it might be my email program but I just purchased an updater and the link was clickable in your email. Your email is nicely formatted btw.

I changed the date format but the time is on the 24 hour clock. It's the time I was wanting to change to a regular 12 hour time format.
