Hello,

I'm currently working on upgrading this store, but it will likely take another couple months. Current version is 6.4.6.

At checkout UPS says "There are no methods available for your shipping destination." Any ideas what could be done to fix this?

Hi, That version is quite old now and I am 99% sure there was an update since then that involved communication with UPS, so you probably want to update the store to see if that fixes things.
There are also security fixes, and terrific features that you will enjoy by updating.

It is going to be sometime before I can complete the update.

Is there a file or two that I could try updating to get this to work?

If you open the file...
vsadmin/inc/uspsshipping.php
...and change the URL...
www.ups.com
...to...
onlinetools.ups.com
...then that should sort this out.
