Could someone please tell me how to add postal zone fields to the States screen under shipping admin? We're trying to setup Ship by Weight tables in which we can define which states are included in which zones.

We did it once before for a client, but can't recall how?

Thanks for the reply, Steve ... I found it on the Postal Zones page (adminzones.php) where it says "This is a 2 stage process. First, define a zone name. After clicking submit you will come back to this page and be able to define rules for the zone." and ONLY applies to weight/amount shipping. Then we can setup warm weather shipping zones & rates and move states in and out of warm weather shipping rates as needed.
