Page 2 of Shopping Cart suddenly quit working

Mikelli Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1613 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 04/09/2021 : 23:30:07 Hi There, It appears on Thursday our shopping cart page quit working suddenly. On Page 1 we can enter name, ship to details. But after clicking "checkout" on page 2 (next page) it's blank where shipping options are selected and CC details are entered. Just in case, I re-registered with UPS. It's still blank. I've tried with other browsers as well, same thing. shop dash supplies dot com Thanks for any help !!
