Following the instructions in the manual (7.0), it shows once you check the weight base option in the Main settings that under zone rules in shipping, a MAX WEIGHT column should populate. However, all that I see is a column for MAX PRICE.
What am I missing?

Larry I think the issue was that price based had been setup at some point over the years and the price bands are still there for various states. But since various states are not required just setting world rules will do the job without removing the price based bands for the states. If you have some spare time you can remove them and then the system should only show weight based on the left column. In the mean time I have the shipping working the way you want based on weight.

Ok, I will definitely check that out. This is a great work around concerning the FedEx One rate option that is not available in the FedEx Shipping method.
