Setting up Mailchimp error

After entering "Create Mailchimp List" I get the error: The following error occurred: User does not have access to the requested operation
Vince Administrator 42750 Posts	Posted - 04/25/2021 : 09:48:39 I had a search round the internet and I see this error occurring as MailChimp introduced a new pricing mode which limits the number of lists for free accounts. Posted - 04/28/2021 : 10:59:49 Ok, update I see now that I have one contact in the Mailchimp contact list. so I am connecting. So I tried to include the 1200 addresses to the defined list. I see only one list "debra's garden", it has one member. When I try to add the rest of the email addresses I get: The following error occurred: The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the 'errors' array.

If you still get the same problem though I think you will have to try first with less emails to see if the MailChimp account is over the limit. On the mailchimp page there is a red box with "ecommerce Plus Database - 1216 members" When I click create mailchimp list, I fill out the details of the list Then press "Create Mailchimp List" I get: The following error occurred: User does not have access to the requested operation

Vince Administrator 42750 Posts	Posted - 05/02/2021 : 13:30:02 Hi Jeff As you are creating a MailChimp List it's more likely to do with the number of lists than the number of contacts in that list.
