I have a paypal account. Have been using it for years.
I selected PayPal Express Checkout
I completed the form with all details
The form was accepted and said it was setup.

When I tried to put through a charge it came back with:

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

I found the following on Paypal's support website

https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/my-payments-standard-integration-isn't-processing-transactions.-what-should-i-do-ts2067

It looks like their changes have created issues that this document describes.

Please help

I am getting the same message with trying to checkout from a customer and when I tested it. This is the message:

'Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.'

I'v checked with PayPal and they said my account is okay.

Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

Thank you!
Linda

Hi Linda
This isn't using a Hosted Store setup is it? Is this a GoDaddy server by any chance? They seem to be having a problem with older versions of PHP, specifically the PHP 5.6 version and the resolution if this is the case is really to update the cart and change the PHP version to PHP 7 or above.
