Using ASP with Paypal Advanced.
During checkout when going to paypal payment page - everybody gets this:

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

I haven't changed anything on my website during the day so what can be the issue here?

Current version of website = 7.3.3
Haven't had a successful order in approx 20 hours.

For PayPal Pro (Express / Direct Payments) you used to allow you to setup with just the email address but now it seems you are required to use the API Credentials. If you mean PayPal Pro rather than advanced, can you check in the admin Payment Providers page to see if you are using the Email Address or API Credentials.
If this is PayPal Advanced though nothing should have changed there and I've just tried the test store for Advanced and all is ok. In that case, can you check with your host to see if anything has changed there?

Websearch says this was a Paypal issue. And.. things are back to normal today.
