When placing an order at https://FinalEmbrace.com it gets to https://www.finalembrace.com/cart.asp it works to show what is in the cart. Click "Check Out" and says "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found." even though it did find it just a moment befor. Looking in FTP the file is there. Any idea what's going on?

Sure...
In your admin main settings, you likely have the store URL set with the www and the test URL you provided is without the www.
You cart page is attempting to go to https://www.finalembrace.com/cart.asp and you probably have a directive set to force a non-www url, so you sent up with a fail!

Check your admin main setting first.

You should make sure you have something setup to force either a www or non-www, so the user stays on one or the other.
Then make sure your admin main settings is set that way.
