Hi,

Bit of a noob question. If I type in the name of our website and the categories page like this:

https://sweetdreams.london/categories.php

I get the categories page.

If I type in:

https://sweetdreams.london/products.php

I get a 404 file not found error, and the web browser shows this:

https://sweetdreams.london/products/

I just installed the template so I don't have much idea what I'm doing.

Hi Laleirina, both pages come up for me, but I do see where you have no css styling files linked to the pages.
Among other css files you might have for your design, you must link to the ectcart.css (and javascript file ectcart.js) file(s) as mentioned here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107040

You may also have some kind of redirects in plate that are not working correctly as some of the navigation links are not working as they should.

Do you have any redirects or such in an .htaccess file perhaps?

I'm not seeing that problem so I'm assuming you have uploaded the file products.php or you've made an edit in your htaccess file perhaps?

Hi guys,

It was a caching problem. I had some things cached which stopped the actual product page from showing. Clearing down the cache fixed it.
