I've spent an hour on a chat session with Square and they have no answer as to why the transaction details are not displayed. Has anyone gotten this to work?
Hi lcreagh If I remember correctly this was because it wasn't possible to display discounts so the cart items couldn't be displayed. As I understand Square are changing to a new API so we'll be looking at that shortly and that may make things easier.
I'd be happy to just see the person's NAME. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can see that the information is getting to Square, it just doesn't populate on the transaction - the only thing I can see on the transaction is Order ID.
