Database Issue?

rtandet Starting Member 49 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 09/23/2021 : 15:11:04 We can no longer access the proddetail pages without timing out. This happened a few days ago and there had been no changes to the web pages or vsadmin files. All other pages work well except they are very slow especially pages like Cart. I have noticed that the Recently View items no longer relate the item and category correctly. This section is now randomly matching items with category names and ignoring the hierarchy. Perhaps this is creating the proddetail page time out? I am able to use the back office and search, products, category, search pages all work fine. I can also edit items. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? We are running MS Access database. Edited by - rtandet on 09/23/2021 15:27:50
