Testing on responsive template - I have a free download. when checking out, I get a message /rs/soap/rating/v2: cvc-model-group 3: in element mailing-scenario with anonymous type, required element parcel-characteristics is missing" of course there is no shipping info - it's a download. Cant continue to payment page.

Can you give me any more details about how you have this digital download set up? ewcarne Starting Member 19 Posts	Posted - 10/01/2021 : 09:01:55 I have tried this on Safari and Firefox with same result. where her is a price for the item, I can proceed to checkout. whee the item is a free download, it gets stuck at the checkout. doesn't look like I can attach images

That said, I have had several orders come through the store in the past 2 days for physical product. - Physical product doesn't seem to be a problem. Of course, there is no shipping info (size/weight) for a digital product. Is that why?

One is that you couldn't check out with a zero priced product and I've fixed that now on your site. The other problem about /rs/soap/rating . . . (etc) I still can't reproduce. But can you try checking out with a zero priced item and you should get through to the thanks page ok now.
