Hi,

When placing an item in the shopping cart, the same zip code from the UPS origin in the admin section is automatically populated. This is tested with both Firefox and Chrome running in incognito mode.

We are on PHP v.7.4.2. Does anyone know the setting to fix this?
Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad
This is in the estimator, no? And can be changed by the customer with their own zip? If so, this is a feature and means the estimator gives rates even if the customer hasn't yet entered a zip.

Yes, estimator. If this is the way it works then it's fine. Thanks!

Hi, it is possible to turn that off https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/phphelp/ecommplus/parameters.asp#estimator

quote:
This switch is available to not set a default zip (postal) code for the shipping estimator . .
$nodefaultzip=TRUE;
