1. The shopping cart is no longer sending an email to admin or the customer with the order details - which include the download link.

2. If i make a purchase as a test client - after the purchase their is a download link on the /thanks.php page. But if i click out of that page and then log back and click on 'your account' and then 'order management' i can no longer find the download link. Can you help me with this please?

Did the order emails work before but then just suddenly stop? If so, could you possibly ask your host if they could check the mail server to see if anything is up?

Hi Vince,
It has worked successfully for years and seems to have stopped about 2 months back. I just checked Outlook with a test message and the email works fine. And then i did another test purchase and discovered that the emails have been shunting into the wrong email folder. So all is good. Thanks Vince.
