Odd Behavior - Amazon Pay

Marshall Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1916 Posts	Posted - 01/09/2022 : 05:34:18 PHP v7.4.6 I just added Amazon Pay to a client's site yesterday, something I have not done before. There was an attempt to use it which ended up being unauthorized, but half of the customer's information was missing from the orders admin: no name, street address, phone, or email. There is a Transaction ID, but no Authorization code. Any suggestions as to where the problem may be or is this just a fluke with this one customer? Any assistance will be appreciated. FOLLOW UP Ran a test order and it worked. Not sure what happen with the above order. Regardless, that behavior seems odd.
