Out of Date Version - Can't login

They are currently receiving the error "Sorry, your login / password was incorrect." when trying to login in. Would the "12 Months PHP Updaters" + "Apply updaterYes and give site CSS check" be the first step in receving help to overcome this issue I completely understand to received further support would require the purchase of the updater

You can apply the updater yourself by just copying the files via FTP and running the updatestore.php script in your browser, but if you choose to have us do it and give the site a CSS check we will also have a look over the site and fix any CSS problems that have crept in.
